Derek Williams creates superhuman athletes and takes E3Live
Derek Williams aka @mr1nf1n1ty is a personal trainer on a mission to create superhuman athletes. As a former champion college and pro basketball player, Derek has focused his energy on learning any and everything about how to create longevity in the body. He has developed a proven system and trains top college and pro athletes—turning them on to his journey of fitness enlightenment. We check in with Derek about health, fitness, happiness, and how E3Live helps with athletic performance.

Tell us about yourself.
I am from the basketball capital of the world, Indianapolis, IN. While growing up in Indy, I excelled in multiple sports and became an All-City, All-State performer in High School Basketball. In college, I was a 4-year starter for Ron Hunter and the D1 IUPUI Jaguars. After receiving my BA from IUPUI, I decided to go play professional basketball in Europe, which was an enjoyable experience as I captured championships and was named MVP.
After playing pro ball, I focused my energy on learning any and everything about how to create longevity in the body and trained top college, and professional athletes on my journey of fitness enlightenment.
I carry several personal training certifications, as well as Pilates and Yoga certifications. I always knew there was a piece missing to each of these disciplines and when coming into contact with Ben and Jeff, my ATG family, I was able to use my prior knowledge with their expertise and create a proven system that is guaranteed to create superhuman athletes.
When and why did you become interested in a healthy lifestyle?
Honestly, once I realized how interconnected health and consciousness are, I focused on learning the deeper aspects of what a healthy body requires.
Besides what you do professionally, what is your favorite fitness activity?
Still love to play basketball and am fortunate enough to still be able to play at my age with high level athletes.
What is your go-to healthy meal?
Smoothie with E3Live and sea moss, collagen protein and blueberries, plus some Sol food.
What E3Live superfoods do you take and how/when/for what?
A shot of E3Live flavored (apple and lemon) after my first workout of the day. And I fast once a week, only consuming BrainON and Blue Majik, mixed with coconut water.

What is the difference in your overall athletic performance since you started incorporating E3Live superfoods? What did you notice first/overall, and the most?
Ever since incorporating E3Live I have had improved recovery time, enhanced body definition, and it has increased my mental clarity.
What's your secret to health and happiness?
It won’t be a secret if I tell you.
What are your #1 health and fitness tips?
1 tip in health is to be grateful. #1 tip in fitness is to find a fitness activity you enjoy and do it often.
What's next for you?
Continue to grow in consciousness daily and establish my brand Mr1nf1n1ty and Athletic Truth Group, and to spread our unique way of training to athletes that have the goal of maximizing their athletic performance. And to raise my two sons and see them be prosperous and positive young men.
