DELIVERY CONDITIONS of FROZEN GOODS
When you receive your E3Live, it may be completely thawed. Don’t worry, it is still safe to consume if it is cool to the touch. Algae is completely safe to defrost and refreeze multiple times.
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Immediately place all the bottles in the freezer except one.
  2. Place that single bottle in cool water and finish defrosting.
  3. Pour the defrosted bottle liquid into an ice cube tray or an empty 4 oz bottle for a week’s portion, and store the rest in the freezer or fridge.
  4. Now, you are ready to take your first shot!
For optimal freshness, use the refrigerated liquid within 7-10 days. For maximum results, use 1 bottle per week.

P.O. BOXES:  Only dry goods can ship to P.O. boxes, any shipments to P.O. boxes will ship via USPS.

SHIPPING TIME - U.S. ORDERS:  To ensure that your frozen smile box is packaged with the utmost attention, your order may take up to 5 business days to arrive to you from the time your order is placed.
  • Frozen is sent on FedEx with a 2-day transit time, limiting the available shipping days to Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (unless you request overnight delivery).
  • Dry orders will arrive to you within 5 to 7 business days.
