Tell us about yourself.
I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. I grew up loving music and art. I graduated from Western Kentucky University where I co-founded Nappy Roots. I’m married with two beautiful daughters. I’ve been fortunate to travel the world and realize there’s only one race...the human race.

When and why did you become interested in a healthy lifestyle?
I’ve always been interested in a healthy lifestyle but I started to take it seriously when our busy touring schedule began to take a toll on my health. I realized that this fast-paced lifestyle wouldn’t be sustainable unless I improved my eating habits, exercised more, and incorporated some type of supplements.

You travel a lot. How do you maintain health on the road?
I try to start each morning off with a dose of E3RenewMe! and a glass of water followed by some sort of physical activity if possible. I try not to skip any meals, drink plenty of water, and take my E3 Camu Camu by the end of the day.

What is your go-to healthy meal?
My go-to healthy meal is a plate of grilled salmon, broccoli and sweet potato fries.

What is your favorite E3Live superfood?
My favorite E3Live superfoods are E3RenewMe! and E3 Camu Camu.

How do E3Live superfoods help with performing and creating music?
Since I’ve been taking the combination of E3RenewMe! and E3 Camu Camu I’ve noticed I have more energy when I’m on stage. And when I write I have a better sense of clarity.

Top fitness and health tips?
Try not to skip any meals, avoid fast food, drink plenty of water, try yoga, exercise often, laugh daily, avoid negativity, meditate, pray and get a good night's sleep.
