Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped green cabbage
- 1 cup finely chopped organic baby greens
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 clove minced garlic
- fresh juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped mint leaves
- cayenne pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Blue Majik®
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the Blue Majik® in a salad bowl.
Step 2
Toss gently.
Step 3
Sprinkle Blue Majik® on top. Makes a great, refreshing lunch!
