Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (for low calorie), or 1 cup fresh almond milk (for protein)
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup frozen fruit, any kind (optional if you want a cold, frozen smoothie)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tbs E3Live®, or 1-3 tsp of E3AFA®

Steps

Mix all in a blender and enjoy!
