A Cardiologist highly recommended this product to me and I have been using it ever since. I keep the bottles frozen. When I am ready to use it I defrost them in the refrigerator then transfer them to 2 TBSP cube trays then freeze. When I ready for daily use I take a cube out and put it in my drink.
Taste is good. It goes like the name says , keeps your brain turned on!

Love the energy and peace of mind I get from taking Blue Majik and giving it to my family. I add it to coconut water with lemon and to overnight oats and also put it in our milk frother on cold then hot (it blends better cold) to add to chai tea to create a blue vibe similar to Kreations. I have to say I do miss the old packaging in the dark glass bottle. I don’t like the new packaging in bags at all! When you close the seal it often creates a blue cloud of smoke that gets all over the counter and I feel like I’m wasting the product.

I started adding green smoothies into my diet with lots of greens and I was having a lot of gas and bloating I ordered this probiotic and within just a few days my gas and bloating had decreased majorly! I notice a huge difference in my nail health and hair growth! The only brand that doesn’t affect my gut at all. Most vitamins make your tummy ill. I take this on an empty stomach often!

I eat a mainly raw living food diet so I wasn’t sure I needed enzymes but have found these are really helpful for bloating and gas.
I’ve used other probiotics but find using this just once a day works great.

I can’t say enough positive things about all products,especially frozen E3 live flavored.
