Mermaid Chia Pudding

Chia

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • More plant milk
  • 1/4 tsp Blue Majik®
  • 1/4 tsp spirulina powder (optional)

Topping

  • Handful of green grapes
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds

Step 1

Make up the chia pudding and place in fridge overnight.

Step 2

Blend the smoothie ingredients, then pour on top of the chia pudding. Top with grapes, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds.
