Transitional Smoothies

This is an excellent recipe, and does not taste 'green', but the E3Live® will boost the nutritional value & will make your smoothie a fun shade of green!

Make it for your children or family and talk about advantages of healthy foods. You can gradually change and adapt ingredients and hopefully, they too, will change their awareness and diet to a healthier level!


  • 2 frozen bananas (or regular bananas and add ice)
  • 1oz E3Live®
  • 1 cup pure water
  • 1 cup nut milk, or organic rice milk, or organic oat milk
  • 3 tbsp organic cocoa powder
  • Optional: sweetener of your choice to taste
  • Optional: 60ml pomegranate or other concentrated pure juice


Blend and enjoy!
