Tell us about your blog
I created MarlaMeridith.com to motivate people to live their most inspired lives. I share posts throughout the week with delicious recipes, inspiring traveling and colorfully curated fashion & beauty trends.
MM is a resource for those who love to live life to its fullest!
Staying fit and healthy while traveling can be tricky. What are your top secrets?
I always try to eat mindful portions. I also keep far away from refined sugars, they offer my body nothing good! I’m an adventure traveler, so mostly all of my trips involve some kind of exercise, whether it be skiing, yoga, trekking, biking or just pounding the city pavement until I’m exhausted!
What are your go-to seasonings when creating savory vegan recipes?
Smoked paprika is my all-time favorite savory seasoning. Depending on the dish I also love to add turmeric, curry powder, and cinnamon (not necessarily all together!) Now I’m loving E3Live too!
Share your tips for using E3Live superfoods in your recipes?
The E3Live products are surprisingly simple to use in both sweets and savory recipes. My best tip is to add a little, then add more to taste. I’m careful not to let it overpower the main flavors in my recipes.
It’s a wonderful addition & can be used in so many unexpected ways!
What's next for Marla?
My very first cookbook will be released next August 2018! I’ve been working super hard to make my deadlines and I'm excited to share all my research & hard work with the world in a beautifully printed book.

A friend of mine sent me some E3AFA nutritional algae powder to use in a recipe and at first I was a little stumped in how to use it. After tossing a scoop in this pasta, I’m stumped no more. I’m pleased to say that I will now be incorporating this healthy supplement in many meals!
