Anna Marshall (aka Health Marshall), is a health and wellness advocate who encourages a balanced lifestyle through holistic plant-based nutrition, intuitive eating, mindful movement, meditation, and conscious consumerism. After dabbling with various diets, Anna has learned that rather than gravitating towards another fad diet, we need to listen to our bodies to nourish ourselves in a way that is best for each of us. Her journey with food sensitivities, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues led her to develop Health Marshall, LLC, where she shares nutritious, plant-based recipes and nutrition guidance that satisfies individual dietary needs and preferences. Anna has a diverse educational background in Public Health, Nutrition, Exercise Physiology, and Ayurveda. We check in with Anna about a healthy, balanced lifestyle, and E3Live. Plus she shares some awesome recipes using E3Live superfoods!


When and why did you become interested in a healthy lifestyle?
I have always had a love for the outdoors, nature, and staying active. When I was 17, I began to become more conscious of how food was affecting my energy levels, mood, and digestion. I began to experiment with different ways of eating than what I was used to growing up with. I first decided to ditch the dairy and go gluten-free, and then later progressed into going vegan and cutting out all animal products. I continued to immerse myself in learning more about nutrition and using food as medicine, as well as sustainable eating practices. I felt refreshed, energized, and had so much fun creating new recipes that contained an abundance of vibrant fresh fruits and vegetables. I gained a greater appreciation and connection to nature through working on a farm, growing my herbs, and shopping at farmers markets.

What is your go-to healthy meal?
I love to change it up but as of now I have been enjoying creating different types of plant-based vegan sushi and collard green wraps, and filling them with sliced veggies, a raw, sprouted nut or seed paté (such as a delicious mock sunflower “tuna” paté), and dipping the sushi in coconut aminos (a soy-free dipping sauce). I also love making big colorful salads filled with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds, sea vegetables (like wakame or kelp), and nutritional yeast all thoroughly tossed in a creamy cheesy dressing such as lemon-tahini.

What E3Live superfoods do you take and how/when/for what?

What is the difference in your overall health since you started incorporating E3Live superfoods? What did you notice first/overall, and the most?
Since incorporating E3Live superfoods into my lifestyle, I have noticed an increase in energy, a balancing of my hormones, and improved digestion.

I recommend adding E3Live Blue Majik powder into any smoothie or smoothie bowl for a dreamy, bright blue hue. Your meal will look beautiful and make you feel beautiful from the inside-out!

What are your #1 health and fitness tips?
Listen to your body and your inner guidance system. Believe in the body’s ability to adapt and heal itself. Treat your body like a temple, it is the only home you truly live in. Focus on consuming a wide variety of organic and colorful plant-based foods such as raw fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, superfoods powders, herbs and spices. These real foods from the Earth will naturally raise your energy levels and elevate your consciousness. Engage in physical activity that makes you feel good and that you have fun doing. While food and fitness are crucial components for optimal health, so are relationships. Nourish your soul with real, authentic connections and do things that fill you up with a sense of love, joy, and purpose.
