Almond-Coconut Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds (soaked in water for at least 8 hours) then ground into almond meal
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tsp Blue Majik®
  • 8 drops stevia extract

Step 1

Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Step 2

Scoop out and roll into tiny balls.

Step 3

Coat with unsweetened coconut flakes.

Step 4

Allow to set in freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
