Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • ¼ cup of cashew nuts
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tbsp flax oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tbsp E3Live®, or 1 scoop E3AFA®

Step 1

Place all ingredients in blender and mix thoroughly until cashew nuts are completely blended.

Step 2
