Ingredients

  • ½ cup tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1 ½ tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp chopped scallions
  • ⅛ tbsp celtic sea salt
  • ⅛ tbsp fresh-ground pepper
  • Optional: ⅛ tbsp hot-peppers of any kind
  • 1-3 tbsp E3Live®

Steps

Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
