I have been taking either the E3AFA capsules or the frozen AFA for about 2 years. I just love these products. On a side note, I ordered 4 bottles of capsules as I'm preparing for a trip outside the US and opened one bottle and noticed a lot of loose powder. After emptying the bottle there was a half empty capsule. I don't want to open the other bottles since they are already packed for my trip. Irregardless, this doesn't impact how much I love E3AFA.

I only like the capsules. I still have the liquid and I am looking forward to finishing it off because it has an awful taste. I froze it to cubes and add pineapple juice to hide the taste. It’s terrible. I love the product , just not the liquid.
