I started adding green smoothies into my diet with lots of greens and I was having a lot of gas and bloating I ordered this probiotic and within just a few days my gas and bloating had decreased majorly! Two weeks later and my stomach is feeling great! I also add the blue green algae in the blue spirulina to my smoothies! Here’s a picture of one!
I eat a mainly raw living food diet so I wasn’t sure I needed enzymes but have found these are really helpful for bloating and gas.
I’ve used other probiotics but find using this just once a day works great.
