I can’t say enough positive things about all products,especially frozen E3 live flavored. I love it, absolutely amazing. The unflavored is good, the apple lemon flavor is delicious. I use both the normal AFA and the brain on. The energy I get from them is wonderful and so is the recovery from exercise. This has become the first thing I consume when waking up and sometimes I use it as my main source of food during a 12 hour period, however, that can become expensive so I try to limit that to once or twice a week. I will continue using this until the day I die, everyone should make this a part of their everyday routine. Thank you for providing such a high quality product.

I didn't like that products had to be frozen/refrigerated (though it was necessary), didn't notice any beneficial effects for the price, really didn't like that the opened product had to be completely consumed in 10 days.

I love the way it’s packed for mailing with ice packs on all four sides. There’s not a chance of the product thawing out before I can put it in my freezer. The taste takes a little getting used to but really isn’t too bad. I even look forward to it every morning now.

This review is more re:the customer service I received, rather than on the product. Officially: E3Live (the fresh-frozen) is an AWESOME product. Officially: the service from staff to customers is AWESOME and an exhibition in excellence. I normally have difficulties in receiving deliveries from FedEx and UPS, because of my location. Those delivery drivers typically will zoom past my residence, even though the address # is clearly indicated on the mailbox. I've transitioned to try to avoid ordering products from companies that use either of these delivery companies. Well, E3Live uses UPS. IF I wanted the fresh-frozen directly from them, I had to deal with delivery woes. Ugh. What to do??? I called & spoke with a lovely soul, Dayna, & presented my potential delivery driver dilemma. I had an idea that might work to eliminate frustration, so that the driver would know exactly where to make my delivery. But, in order for this idea to work, I would need willing assistance from E3Live personnel in placing my order. Ms. Dayna was indeed willing to consider and implement my idea. The outcome of my idea + Ms. Dayna's cooperation = a successful, as-scheduled delivery!!! Last summer (2025) I placed an order with another company, & an employee made an error re:my mailing address. I caught the error BEFORE the item had shipped & informed the company, so correction could be made prior to shipping. The personnel said she couldn't do anything at that point. In truth, she could have but was too lazy to make the correction. Doing so would have been attributed to her service record as "error" & she didn't want that. So she simply did nothing. That delivery was delayed being received for 4 days: I returned the item & will never order from them again. Ms. Dayna did not have to help me the way she did; but she did. And I am very appreciative of her effort. I wish every other encounter I have with company employees would be as enjoyable. Absolutely, a job very well done. Thanks 💯!

Too Soon to Tell, I’ve been drinking shots of E3 Live for 2 weeks now, as described in Dr Montgomery’s book. The E3 Live has a good flavor. However, I’m would like to better understand the ingredients contained in this supplement. I will continue to use the E3 Live as I continue to research the ingredients and try other products offered.

The taste surprised me. I had to check the label on the bottle to be sure I received the Apple/ lemon flavored option. It does not taste like either one. But after tasting it I was glad I didn’t choose the unflavored. Besides the taste I guess everything else is fine. The bottles arrived solidly frozen and safely packaged. I am taking a shot glass full every day but I am not one to “feel” supplements working. I am trusting that it is doing what it’s supposed to. I guess we’ll see as time goes by.
